6. Order Changes, Cancellations & Production

Because our items are made to order:

• You may edit or cancel your order only before it enters production.
• Once an order is in production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

An order’s production status can be checked through your confirmation email link or by contacting support.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to our made-to-order process, we do not accept general or size-related returns. We review quality claims on a case-by-case basis.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary by region and shipping option. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout.

• US shipments: Generally 2–9 business days
• International shipments: Generally 4–20 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

EpalMerch is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
